The laser hair removal here is a scam, they kept telling my mother to come back every few months after 2 YEARS of treatments even when there was no regrowth and they were extremely rude and were shouting at my elderly mother when she wanted a refund of her deposit when she cancelled her appointment 3 days before. The prices are also extremely overpriced and the service is horrible. I would highly reccomend glow with criss in rugby instead, she is much more professional and cares about her clients. Very professional and high quality service. Everything meticulous done to perfection. The team even stayed back to make sure I had a great experience and left with perfect nails after I accidentally damaged some. Definitely recommend.
I had a skin consultation with Nadia who helped me feel at ease, and explained some of the treatments she believed could help me. For the treatments she wasn't sure on, she bought her colleague in to give me additional Information, who was also really helpful and explained various treatments to me. I bought one of the skincare packs and I will be booking in for some of the treatments.
