I have had a couple appointments at DermaArt Norwich recently. Jocelyn is amazing at what she does and offers great value for money. She takes the time to explain everything, puts you at ease, and the results speak for themselves.. natural, balanced, and exactly what I wanted. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I've been coming here for the last 5 years to see Jocelyne so this review is very long overdue! I have also had the pleasure of being treated by Anita. Both have been nothing short than amazing. Very friendly and will make sure you are comfortable. I haven't ever considered going somewhere else - definitely recommend to all🩷

I had an appointment with Jocelyn today. It was my first time getting lip filler and I was quite nervous but she put my right at ease. Jocelyn has a very bubbly personality. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I absolutely love the results. I would definitely recommend her.

I usually wouldn’t leave a review like this, but I feel it's necessary to highlight the unprofessional behavior I experienced. My partner and I were subjected to harassment from a staff member at this business, stemming from personal grudges and childish, schoolyard-style gossip. It's completely inappropriate and unacceptable to bring personal matters into the workplace and direct them toward customers or their loved ones.
