We bought a home from dere street in 2021. We were so nervous about buying a new build due to all of the horror stories but I can honestly say it couldn’t have went better. We did have small issues (as everyone will) which were sorted promptly. The build quality seems far superior to the huge national nee home builders. I’m so glad we bought from a local County Durham company. If we do ever move to another new build it will 100% be a Dere Street Home.
Bought at the start of this development and moved in September 2018. Dere Street staff were professional, approachable and friendly. We had minor snagging issues which were dealt with promptly.
