Can anyone tell me how to contact a UI director? I was able to speak with a UI rep today... she was nice but gave me opposite information than what the expanded rules for COVID19 are. The Delaware. gov website says if a doctor keeps you out of work until test results come back or if you are ordered to quarantine for 2 weeks by a doctor, you qualify for UI. my wifes benefits seem to have been rescinded with no explanation. We cant get ahold of anyone in the unemployment office a the phone lines automatically hang up on us email is painfully slow if they respond at all. this isn't ok with what's going on unemployment needs to so better the stress caused by no communication is unnecessary.

I got through to unemployment 2 times out of the probably 500 + that I called, and I believe that I spoke to Elsie both times. She is efficient and kind. I and my fellow workers still have not received our unemployment checks. Its been over 3 weeks and still nothing. I know Unemployment has been swamped with requests but so has other states. New Jersey has already sent their checks a week ago. People are hurting and need our state to step up.
Elsie Glover was fantastic. I spoke with her yesterday afternoon and my problem was fixed promptly. She gives outstanding customer service! The DOL is lucky to have such a caring, helpful individual.
Elsie Glover is AMAZING! Tremendous customer service and took the time to explain everything. So kind and so quick. Issue resolved in under 5 minutes. The phone system is definitely not fun, but just wait. Took over 2 hours.... When you hear the woman on the automated system, just sit there. You've made it to the select few who are officially in the queue who should get a person in the next 30 mins.
They don’t answer phones or e mails
Unable to get through via telephone, I have emailed several times only to receive an automated reply. I have not yet received any unemployment payment and have been home for 5 weeks. There is obviously a problem, and I’d like to reconcile by speaking to someone. I feel confident that other Delawareans in same boat!!!
