I've emailed, called all your listed numbers over 300 times(it's not an exaggeration) and sent a voicemail to the office. It's been 3 weeks, my unemployment benefits have been processed. I've done my weekly claims EVERY Sunday. WHEN am I actually going to get my weekly benefits? I check by telephone, by email, and by computer. So when? When? Please provide a non-auto generated response. Thank you. EDIT: FINALLY got through on the phone! The lady said there was an email sent but it was never there. 😒 Anyway, she didn't help ... read more

What a bureaucracy. Purposefully waiting to implement the CARES ACT. If you're self employed, you're supposed to be able to file for benefits. So, you are not eligible unless you file, and they don't backdate claims and only pay from the date you file, but you can not file because they haven't implemented the CARES ACT yet allowing people to file. Nice job creating a bureaucracy loop. Hope the DOJ holds you accountable. Funny how other states were able to implement with no problem. Save your cut and paste reply in email, too... read more

There are MANY states that have already implemented these new rules and self employed etc are receiving unemployment AND the $600 per the government.. Delaware needs to get it together and give us what is due to us..forced to close our businesses and most of us have been out of work going on 4 weeks now... no one is responding to emails and the phones don't work....this is ridiculous 😤

The FEDERAL funding for this was supposed to cover gig workers under the cares act/PUA. Now you are saying we don’t matter basically and we can all starve? DISGUSTING is an understatement. It’s not funding from the state. It’s FEDERAL. How dare you screw over your own people during a global pandemic. Shame shame SHAME.
