I was furloughed because of the Covid 19 and applied for benefits. Then filed my weekly requirement by telephone. While all of my colleagues have gotten their benefits I have gotten none. I have emailed multiple times and no response. I’m so frustrated... I just want to know what am I doing wrong. Why won’t someone respond?

I don’t know who Carolyn Nasser is, but you need to hire at least 30 more of her. Fast and efficient. Responded promptly after I’ve been trying to contact DOL for two weeks with no answer. Thank you Carolyn!
Have emailed and called repeatedly. Have called number I was given on live chat 78 times today to be hung up on or told they are having system problems. Received email a week after I sent one. Responded with what I was asked for. A week later receive another email asking for same information again. Take pictures send all information again. And now cant even get a response back. None of us asked to be laid off because of Corona. But the least you all could do is stop ducking those that are asking for help!!! HELP PLEASE!!
The offices number is busy and system problems. The website tells us to contact our local offices and they don’t answer. It’s almost as though they disconnected all the phones. When you try to email no one responds. This is crazy, I CALLED 425 TIMES today and the system had problems? REALLY? I don’t know what needs to be done over there but you guys need to hurry up and do it. Update: I spoke with someone regarding the letter I received. I called the 302-856-5611 number & I got through right away. I recommend calling this number.
My unemployment claim processed on the 31st of March but haven’t received anything. I kept calling 3028565611 for hours and finally got through to be placed on hold. I was on hold for an hour and a half before someone answered. There was a moment of silence for about 10 min before someone answered the phone. I had done the application wrong and the woman fixed it immediately. Last weeks payment and this week payment will be sent to me on Friday. Just keep calling and you’ll eventually get through! I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone for weeks and still NO response. I haven’t received my benefits twice. Only one time and that was to give me a card although I asked that it be deposited into my account. I know it’s hard right now for everyone but communication will easy a lot of peoples mind.
my son filled a claim 4 weeks ago and nothing he got a letter saying how much his benefits would be but as of yet not recieved any payment. he calls every week does the whole claim thing answering all the questions. but when he calls to check the status os told there is no claim matching his social
