it's been over 3 months. I still have not pua. was finally able to apply 3 weeks ago. got a notice I was being paid on friday, tuesday comes and oh sorry there was a mistake in the system. what about the Bill's and my landlord whom I've told my unemployment was about to clear so they could be paid soon. the Department of Labor has made me a Liar in their eyes. also care to explain why all pua applicants have letters in their correspondence that dont show up unless we hit search. and were never mailed out. but the paperwork i... read more

I just waisted an hour and 45 min of my life on hold and never able to ask th 1 question I have! I get they are overwhelmed but if they can not answer the phones they need a chat or something this is ridiculous.
Ive not received a payment since last month and have filed every week-there is NO ONE answering ANY phone lines and Ive sent 11 emails with NO response. This is unfathomable that this is happening and the state of Delaware is not helping its citizens. Im beyond angry-is there ANYONE who can help me PLEASE????

Every time I have had to call in during the pandemic the staff has been friendly and kind. They must be under a tremendous amount of stress from this as well and they're always kind. They make a stressful and scary situation a little bit easier with their wonderful and positive attitudes! I hope they all get a much needed break to relax some time soon. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
What a horrendous bunch. It’s like they’re cutting you a check out of their own pocket. Several no-response emails and three days calling in to 302-856-5611 (you can jump ahead of the drone voice - hit 1 for English, wait, on the second menu hit 6, then 2) to get the condescending Donna, who grilled me like I was a criminal.
