husband is out of work with covid-19 applied on the 8th of January, On hold for 3 hours to speak to a rep just to hear them say there's nothing we can do but transfer your application with notes over to the claims department! Why answer the phone & get ppls personal information if there's nothing you can do! One rep said a supervisor couldn't even help!!!!! like really get it together! Ppl worked & paid into this benefit! Give them their d### MONEY!!!!! This is unacceptable on so many levels!!!!
This department is disgusting!!!! Someone stole my identity and they are refusing to answer my emails and calls. They don't answer their calls/emails. How do you run a business like that?

I was approved with a notice of monetary determination on 3/22/2020. I began receiving benefits on 4/9/2020 for a total of 4 payments. when I didn't receive payment the following week, I started making weekly calls and was told each time to be patient. finally after weeks of calls I was told that my claim had been randomly selected for fraud investigation. for almost 2 weeks we have been told that the LWA paymenta would be going out. some have received some of them,others all of them and others, like myself, haven't received any. we were told to certify. I have. I have certified 3 different times. I have used the messenger app on the pua website and no one can answer any of my questions or direct me to anyone who knows anything. other states have not had any of the issues delaware is having. maybe the dol should ask for help and where are the senators and governor in all this.... read more

Non caring, no answers or wrong answers. Can’t talk to a live person. Took them over 2 months to answer an email. People are out here in dire straits and no one is helping.
They have people working simply to give nln helpful answers and get them moved along. They keep lying about unemployment or changing rules on the fly and it cost people weeks of their money. Theyre making it impossible to live.
