Worst customer service and booking experience. They don’t provide available time slots, just send a random confirmation for a specific time in the day. If you reply with even an unrelated question after that, it takes them an entire day to respond, and by then they’ll tell you the slot they gave you is already taken. This happens to me every single time. If you can’t improve your booking system, why consolidate everything into one page when it doesn’t even work on the branch level? Pinag hintay sa labas, ang Init-init. Schedule available only in the page. Clinic does not have access to create appointments. Walang point kung mag walk-in to schedule sa kanila kahit sinabi ng page my slot ng hapon. Ganda sana ng offer nila kaso bakit ganyan yung management nyo.
