I do not like the fact that my appliance has to be paid for in full before I receive it and if I do not pay before 30 days, I will be charged a finance charge.
Loved having Reggie as dental hygienist. She was wonderful!! Loved joking around with her. She is really sweet & personable. Of course Dr. Smith is always very friendly and does an excellent job and takes her time explaining everything. Also very happy with Ashley who assisted Dr. Smith. Very happy they could fix my teeth same day.

They are all fun and pleasant.
I had a great time joking around with Reggie. She did a great job scraping my gums. I can't believe I'm saying it was actually "fun" to go to the dentist.
It would be hard to explain everything I feel in a short paragraph, if someone is willing to listen I will be happy to express my thoughts about the experience I had so far.
Overall the visit went pretty well. When I made my cleaning appointment I let them know I was interested in getting invisilign. I was dissapointed to be charged for a fastbraces consultantion when that is not what I had asked for. On my bill the invisilign consultation was free.
Very nice lady at the front desk. Very good hygienist. She explained things well. The doctor was not my usual Dr. Armstrong, but she was very good. :)
Only HAPPY comments! I loved my hygienist "Reggie"! She was outstanding--she has a winning personality! Plus the financial (insurance)person "Jamie" made me very happy knowing the low amount I will have to pay for my next appt.
