Britney was very knowledgeable friendly and well-spoken.
Dr. Armstrong went out of his way to fix a little chip on my tooth even though that wasn't why I was there. Thank you! On the other hand, the woman who made my impressions pushed a metal mold in my mouth to see if it fit and I told her it hurt and that my mouth didn't open that wide. Then she did it again on the bottom! I assumed she would choose a smaller mold then, but she didn't. Although it hurt, I didn't think any damage was done. I think the dental hygienist was in a hurry. She seemed to rush through the process and was a bit rough. My mouth was sour most of the evening.
Excellent and professional care. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly. I needed additional work done other than the normal 6 month ckeaning. An appointment was made to have the work completed at that time and the work was done in a in an axing short time.
Tiffany has been amazing the last two times I have been to TLC. She is friendly and makes your visit more comfortable than most dentist offices I've been to! Thank you everyone at TLC!
They didn't get the measurements of my gums.
Thought I was to have a copy of the Sleep Study results, but found none in my papers on arriving home. Would like a copy of the important criteria such as number of breathing pauses, snoring level, etc.. Dr. Smith did review verbally. Thanks
I was especially happy with today's appointment. I did a fastbraces check as well as a cleaning. The woman cleaning my teeth was very thorough and made sure I understood everything. She also offered to do my appointment earlier so I wouldn't have to come back.
