Everyone was very polite and very professional. They were very caring and explained everything I had to do. Dr Smith has the right personality to present everything to the patient and makes you feel very comfortable.
Ashley was cheery and efficient, making the visit pleasant.

This was one of the most painful visits I've experienced at TLC and I was only there for a routine cleaning. I've been with TLC since I was a child. Dr. Smith was wonderful, as always. The dental hygienist though, was very rough. When she noticed I was uncomfortable, she suggested that it was my fault. She was a very nice woman, but I'd rather not have a her as my hygienist during my next visit.
I love Dentistry With TLC! I can come on my lunch hour and they are very considerate of my time! I never wonder what is going on because they explain every step. Great customer service!!!!!!
Reggie was great. She was a real pleasure to have as my hygienist. Reggie was not only friendly, but thorough and continually concerned about my comfort level.
Everyone that I met was very friendly. Even was acknowledge by those who were not helping me but have in the past.
