I'm very pleased with the service that I receive at TLC, and I would like to thank the finance staff for understanding my insurance issue. I gave them my information as AETNA insurance, when I actually had Met Life Dental. They changed my dental coverage and failed to tell me, so I assumed it was the same as my medical.
Very courteous and professional personnel.
I was told I would be there 1 or 1 1/2 hours. It took 3 hrs 40min. Twice they left; 35 min and 45 min. No one was in the back where I was. I figured they left for dinner. It was almost 8pm when I paid & left. 1 other Dr even said "I see they left you again". I was told they had to grind off the tooth above the 1 they fixed. I said "it's a crown". "Oh, it won't hurt it". They ground off the porcelain & rough metal is now there. So they made a weak area on that crown. I thought the price they quoted was all inclusive. It was n... read more

I came in for a cleaning and Reggie was my hygienist. She made me feel so at ease. She is awesome
Although everyone was very nice, as they usually are, the flossing part of my cleaning was very rough. I'm not complaining but really just discussing, I think taking a more gentle approach would have been a more pleasant experience for me.
My hygienist was wonderful!
