Prices are too high for the services provided. Plus, a double check on benefits and the quotes given right before the service being done would be a great help to prevent mistakes from happening. I was charged full price for a periodontal cleaning because of a miscalculation of benefits from your part and I tried to contact the head of the financial several times, and I never got a call back. This is ridiculous and very poor practice.
I wish the made it more clear that every time I go in I will have more money added to my bill. Also I wish they would explain more on what they will be doing and how far left I have to go other than that this is such a wonderful place and I'm glad I had the chance to have these.
Dental hygienest did an excellent job.
Daughter does not want Angie to work on her any more. Regi was too rough with the floss. There is a way to floss without cutting your gums. That hurts.

My hygienist was very friendly. She did a good job, giving me a few pointers on removing plaque.
I was very disappointed with my visit I had a tooth extracted and the tooth next to the extracted one had a big cavity and when the dentist pulled my tooth out she crushed the other one and she also popped off one of my crowns but then glued it back on..I would not recommend this place to my family and friends and I will not be back
I absolutely love this place. Reggie is the best.
While waiting in the waiting room, receptionist needs to be more quaint and not review clients information for all to hear, and stop being so arrogant over Dr. Smith and all that she has accomplished. There is a side room for those conversations.
