All went well. However in my previous visit survey, I had a significant complaint and I believe I should have received a response. When I called and asked about it, no one could tell me who reads these or how they would be addressed.
I put all the details in my Facebook post. I don't wanna butcher any name now. Hope that is helpful. You guys are awesome.
I don't enjoy dental appointments, especially since I needed some peridontal work. Even so, the team of professionals made my visit the best possible. They definitely care and know what they are doing.
The whole staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to make the patient comfortable. Thank you.

The person cleaning my teeth was ruff and I told her I was very sentive I don't think she even look at the notes in my chart and then she had Armstrong to check over me when Smith is my dentist I think she screwed up all the way around I hope I neverget her again
My dental assistant, Tiffany, did an excellent job...so much so that I requested her for my next appt.
Dr.Smith and her team are a joy to be around. I suffer from PTSD and they make me feel so comfortable.
