All I was there for was cleaning and check. I have never in my life been treated so roughly and suffered trough so much pain. The lady cleaning my teeth was not only rough but she kept looking away from her work and at one point pointed the water spray tool at my tongue burning it or making a hole in it. I can't hardly drink or eat now. It could have been worse but I had to grab her hand and remove it from my mouth. I have never done anything like that before and don't ever want to again.
The staff and doctor are very friendly and accomodating. My two appointments were on time and efficient. My concern is how insurance filing is handled. My first Appt was June 29 and I paid for my services in full. Assuming my insurance was filed, I proceeded to pick up my applicance on Aug 10, only to find out that insurance had not been filed, because they were waiting for an Authorization from my insurance company, that apparently I was supposed to handle.But wasnt notified from your office until Aug 5 (there just wasnt en... read more

I want to compliment Dr. Bob who gave the conference in Mt. Vernon, Il. "He had me at Hello !" ha We liked Dr. Anna and wish her well with Baby #1. I guess I would say that your building & exam rooms are pretty small.
I was there to pick up my mouth devices for sleep apnea and it was a very pleasant one. I was given a very through explanation on the use of it and the maintenance. They were also prompt about time of appointment. I was very pleased with the service I got.
Excellent Care. Caring staff. This office cares about you as the patient. Want this to be a pleasant experience and do everything they can to make sure you are comfortable.
Excellent staff & care!! Don't mind going to the dentist!! The whole staff is always very cheerful & helpful.
