My visit was perfect as always from the time I walked in the door to the time I left. Everyone is always very cheerful & helpful.
Went in for a check-up and cleaning and found out I had decay under a really old crown. I really didn't want to risk losing the tooth so I agreed to having the crown taken off and the tooth repaired. Turned out they had time to do that for me right then so I did not have to come back another time. Walked out 3 hours later with squeaky clean teeth, a repaired tooth and an new permanent crown. Jaw just a little sore from the anesthetic shots and holding it open wider than I'm used to but the tooth feels just like the old crown... read more

Dr Smith and her staff are professional and courteous. Great experience every time I've visited.
I called 26 hours before appointment to cancel due to illness. The scheduler was quite insistent that I come due to "Office Policy" requiring 48 hours notice or a potential $50 charge. This was an unpleasant conversation, and one I have never experienced at any other dental or medical facility. I did have my wife drive me the 60 mile one-way trip. All other personnel was courteous .
You all are the best. I had a 5:45 appointment and was able to get 3 fillings with a remove and replace crown on the same visit. Well done by all. Very happy with your service.
As always the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out in a rather short period of time. When I left I was comfortable with the new appliance
Great experience from minute I walked in door till I left. I don't mind going to the dentist since I started seeing Dr. Smith. Joey was great at cleaning my teeth & Tommy was very helpful when explaining my options & checking me out. Of course Dr. Smith was very helpful as always.
