Good service, but I had to make a last minute appt change (health issue), but was told I needed 48 hours in advance. I thought I was a good customer.
Your staff is always friendly and very professional. It's a long drive for me each time I have an appointment, but all the TLC employees make a patient feel very welcome and at ease so the stress of the long trip is soon forgotten

First time customer so everything was a little overwhelming compared to my last dentist. They seem to have the latest equipment and everyone was very nice. So I'm not sure after I went in for just cleaning and x-ray's they found the gums needed some work and they went on explaining the procedure and the need. It made good sense and they were able to start that day instead of making another appointment later. The work was performed well by the dental technician with little discomfort.
Had no idea a root canal would be so easy and pain free. Everyone was so good taking care of me, thanks.
It would not be fair to single out one person. From the beginning of the appointment to the end, all were friendly and got me in and out quickly.
