Words cannot express how grateful I am for the care I received from Louisa and Leonie. I have not been to the dentist for many years due to health anxiety. Unfortunately I had no choice recently due to needing dental clearance for cardiac surgery. Louisa and Leonie were incredible! They were calm, kind, professional, caring and compassionate.. I honestly can’t recommend this dental practice enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. The check-up was the most thorough I’ve ever had, and everything was explained so clearly. The hygienist appointment was brilliant too, professional and so reassuring. Such a positive experience from start to finish!
I am a nervous patient with a severe gag reflex. Johan and Lynsey made me feel at ease and were able to successfully perform root canal surgery. They were amazing! Ingrid copes well with my problems and is very patient with me when I have a hygienist appointment with her and I am very thankful. The receptionists are always very understanding and deal with my questions quickly and efficiently. I strongly recommend the team at Dentata Charta. They are an incredible team!
About 4 years ago I registered with several dentists for NHS care. Used a private dentist (but not super happy with them) since but then got a place with these guys (Rashmi Karunakaran) Just been for the initial check-up and so pleased. Nice surgery - easy access and parking - and very nice dentist too :-)
Nobody likes going to the dentist - so five stars for Louisa B and Leoni indicate a brilliant service. Thoroughly recommended.
