I was in between jobs for about 6 months just looking for the right fit. I decided to temp doing hygiene for a while and see what was out there. Diana was amazing! She understood what kind of offices I liked and she really worked hard to find me temp jobs with dentists she knew that I would enjoy working with. The process was streamlined and easy. I’ve had great experiences working with DMSI. I requested to work at different offices so I could see how other providers work and learn new things - everyone has been great to accommodate that for me and I’ve learned SO much this way. I also had an emergency and had to pull myself off their schedule for several weeks. They were super kind during this time, and Elyse sent me a couple of lovely messages during the hard time I was experiencing which was incredibly touching. I have temped off and on for 15 years over time as a Dental Assistant with them. They are great at getting you temp jobs even found an employer who hired me through the agency. It's great if you need a little extra money to pick up a day along with your full time job. I love the fact you get paid weekly. Overall they are a reliable source of income.
