Very disappointing experience. I asked the dentist to go slowly with the anesthetic, but it was injected abruptly and painfully. During the extraction, I requested lip protection, which was ignored, resulting in a bruised and torn lip. On top of that, I left with blood on my face and hands without being offered anything to clean up. This shows a lack of care for patient comfort and basic professionalism.

This place is very messy and unprofessional. My original appointment on 14/1 was canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, after I had already arranged my schedule. I rescheduled for 15/1 at 14:30, arrived early with my baby, and still had not been called by 15:00. After complaining, I was told that I would be called next. By 15:20, nothing had happened.
