Excellent visit with new dentist. Forgot her name, but she was lovely, kind, and gentle as I have a phobia of dentists because of bad experiences in the past. I get worked up and tense and have been known to pass out. The dentist allocated to me was very thorough, explained everything before she started work. Even let me know which NHS tier I would have to pay if she had to carry out any work. This young lady was a credit to the practice 👏

I have been trying to get an appointment for over a year. When I phone and if they answer they tell me they have no appointments available

Cancelled our routine appointments 3 weeks before they were due to take place in July. My son had a problem with his tooth and I requested that his appointment was still upheld. No one ever got back to me. Such a shame as our appointment last year was just brilliant. We have not received any information about the practice or had any contact to rearrange our abruptly cancelled appointments. Clearly the surgery is still open looking at the recent reviews?? An update would be appreciated.
