Wish I could give this place 0 stars. They canceled my wisdom tooth extraction because the surgeon left. Then told me that I would have to call their 5 other locations to reschedule, I asked why they wouldn’t do this for me and they said no. I was a long-term patient at Dental Associates. It was convenient because I moved around to various places and was able to easily transfer. My last location was Franklin, WI. I regret staying for so long. Dental Associates does not do a good job with preventative care. I have been struggling with cracked molars, root canals, crowns, etc. I found a new dentist and they advised I am grinding my teeth and need a mouth guard. We are at family of 5 that goes every six months. And we had one child with braces. Always new charges popping up oh it's a billing error or we "missed" an appt. even tough we have the text reminds and confirm so we haven't missed any. If need more than one filling you have to come back multiple times. We are going back to the small family dentist. May cost more but the work is quality and no pop up charges.
Major HIPPA/privacy issues during last visit. There was myself and another lady getting our teeth cleaned. Rooms are set up with 2 hygienists with a "wall" separating. Apparently now, the hygienist discusses health history and meds. Needless to say, i heard the other lady's name and all meds she was on. Seeing that she was next to me, I could also see and give a complete description of her. Very disappointing, i will not discuss my meds with the hygienist or in the presence of others
Love having my teeth cleaned every 6 months.
