Every time I go there I have a problem with my appointment time. This time it was changed and I was not notified. The other person with the same appointment time was not there, but I couldn’t get a teeth cleaning because they were waiting for the other person to show. Also, I informed them that I couldn’t make appointments for non-holiday week days. They offered me a Tuesday appointment. Clearly not listening is a big problem as well. However dental associates has changed my mind about going to the dentist through their staff, service, and standard of care. They treated me with kindness and made sure all questions I had were answered. I am so glad to have found them!
