Earlier this year I decided to sell my condo and get into a house with a yard. Denise was absolutely amazing in helping me make that happen, even when we ran into issues on the condo side. Denise was the best! From our first meeting she was considerate and professional. We interviewed 3 realtors before deciding on Denise. She explained to us why we hadn't been able to sell our house for the 6 months we had it on the market and told us precisely everything she would do differently and what she would do to sell our home. She followed through with everything she said she would do and sold our home. Thank you Denise!

Denise and her office repeatedly went above and beyond expectations in selling our home. Her advice was always 'spot on'. We moved out of state, and she handled everything electronically. Any challenges that arose, she immediately proposed solutions for. She and her staff were always quickly responsive and available. Denise was wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend her. She was very understanding of our needs and wants and worked very hard to find just the right property for us. Denise was also quick to provide responses and answers to our questions and concerns. She really listens to you and tries her best to accomplish your goals. I have personally never met Denise, but I can confidently recommend her very highly. Due to some unusual circumstances I have owned a rental condo in Portland for the last seven years that I recently wanted to sell. Denise handled all aspects of the listing, showings, sale, & closing without me having to leave my home in Colorado. She stayed in constant communication and everything was handled very professionally.
