A one star seems too generous tbh but had to mark it to leave my review. I took my ring into Denham for resizing in October 2024, it needed enlarging because it was originally my mums and was quite small for me. It has great sentimental importance, small value but it means a lot to me, I didn’t get it back until December 2024 although I was originally advised that it would take a maximum of 3 weeks! Managers attitude is that of a tantrum 3 year old absolutely appalling. I would get rid before she puts this business down the toilet. This place needs a warning above the door "Do not enter!" scammers.

Saw some necklaces in the window, asked to have a look at them as it was a Christmas present. She took one look at me and told me that I wouldn’t be able to afford them. The customer service was appalling. This isn’t the first time this has happened and I have known a number of people this has happened to. My question is this, how the hell do you make any money and are still open?
