Their product doesn't work. Review were not put on partner websites, Tracking of emails didn't work. Customer service was constantly giving us the run around when there was an issue, which occurred every couple months. The email campaigns for Birthdays didn't work. They never imported the birthdays of clients. They take credit for income from emails from clients that come in on a regular schedule. Do not sign up for demandforce. I repeat do not ever sign up for demadforce, worst customer service ever. If you have a question or a problem, you must email them and wait to here back from them when they get around to it, which in a busy small business persons life, is unacceptable. The only reason they get one star is negative 5 isnt an option. The billing department is a joke, I left them several emails to cancel that they never responded too. Demandforce did not offer me individual attention for a particular situation. My credit card got lost, and I cancelled it. I thought Demandforce was on a different card. And for 6 months they weren’t getting paid, and they did not let me know they weren’t getting paid. Last week they called me to update my credit card, but never told me they hadn’t been paid for 6 months, so I did not realize this situation.
