I wish I could give NO stars. Don't trust them, they have lots of FINE print in their contracts. Their customer service is horrible, we tried it for 1 yr, when we tried to cancel. DF auto renews you, without notification!!! A manager named Andy called me this morning and they will NOT cancel our contract, that we must be very savy business people, because it is in the contract's fine print. The only reason I trusted them is because of Inuit. Don't fall for that!! They want to Force us to pay them for another year for a servi... read more

Worst customer service ever. Try to cancel! I dare you! They auto renew your contract for a year, and avoid your efforts to contact them before contract is up. I do not recommend and will tell everyone I know to stay away from them! Editing to add a star because I finally got in touch with someone to help me. I like the service and it's features, but read your contract carefully and if you do decide to cancel, start the process early as it can be difficult.

I do NOT recommend demandforce and will promote people away from them. No follow through with phone calls, emails or even initial training protocols. I have gone through two reps and neither have given more than one or two phone calls after the recurring contract they didn't tell me about. Very Deceiving company. Seer Clear!!!

Once upon a time (okay, it was 2010), I was hired at very nice dental office to handle Newsletters and design postcards. Later that year, the manager gives me note that reads "demandforce" along with a username and password, and he tells me to log on and see what it's all about. What I saw was an amazing console of digital communications and from then on, I've made e-mail versions of the newsletters we've been mailing on paper to our patints and it's reached out to a lot more people. ZERO STARS! I feel like I'm just giving them $400 a month for absolutely NOTHING! No help, ZERO customer service, some features don't function at all (never have since we started). I want OUT! This is starting to feel like some sort of SCAM! I don't have time for this. I can't sit on the phone or the commuter all day waiting for help that has NEVER COME! Don't sign up for this unless you have money to burn and time to waste!

So very happy with this program! Fun to use and great to see results so quickly. Brandon Smith,our rep has been nothing short of amazing, and extremely patient with my million questions! Have recommended DF to other businesses! Saving my boss money and making my life easier.... So worth it! ;)
