I have had the pleasure of working for Demandforce for over 2 years. There's no way I would be able to handle working here if I didn't absolutely love it. I am truly blessed to work for a company that sells an amazing product made up of amazing people that do amazing things. It's great to work for a company that sells a product you can really believe in and that really cares about their customers. Demandforce- I love you
Scam! Call me (Johnny) at 915 778-0789 and will walk you through exactly how they falsely claim they are helping me bring customers back. They are probably skewing your results to their benefit as well.
Demand force lied to me and misrepresented what they were selling me. I emailed asking questions and no one ever helped me. I tried to cancel and they are trying to charge me still!!!

Wow! I was forced into this company when they bought out Customerlink-(which were phenomenal by the way). October 3rd, 2014 was the day I transferred over, as of that day Demandforce did not do one thing with my account till I cancelled last week- oh wait yes they did- they charged me every month. Worst customer service, don't care, have attitude on the phone- as long as they get your money they are happy- the best is they literally do nothing to try to keep your business, they just send you an email and charge for an extra ... read more

Demandforce will not give you any customer service. If you call to cancel they will NEVER call you back. We call at least 10 times. We never received a full trial period because our rep never set us up until weeks after we sign the contract. He told us the trial didn't start until everything was up and running. We can try something when you have nothing to try. Boy was that a lie. We are still fighting them. STAY AWAY FROM DEMAND FORCE. They don't care about their customers. Read the fine print. This company auto-renews contracts and does not let you out... happy or not. They immediately to me to go to my lawyer if I want but they will not let me out of the contract. I've been with them for many years.. they did not care.

I called and emailed before my 30 days to say at this time it wasn't beneficial to our business and JOHN HENDERSHOTT will not return any form of communication AND they charged us. So aggrivated... like I don't have enough to do...
