They do not support responsive emails in their email marketing system, nor do they automatically append an unsubscribe link. When I've reached out to their support team, I'm greeted with undertrained support staff who don't even understand what mobile-responsive email is. Horrible.

Normally I am not one to review, but the bad experience I had with this company in the past has just resurfaced. I used this company awhile back to drive in new and follow up business for my dad’s auto shop. They promised me the world on customers and foot traffic in and out of the shop, which I should have known was too good to be true. Very poor customer service. They are very responsive when they sign you up. Then when there system malfunctions and makes your company look bad no one in the demand force company will step up and deal with problem. They do not respond and blow you off but yet still try and take your money. If you are a auto shop and use protractor DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. WE HAVE SIX SHOPS AND WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN
RecommendedDemandforce is an excellent way to get your appointments confirmed,reviews and handle your emails. The staff is professional and friendly,Essence did a fantastic job helping me set up the system and explaining how it works. Highly recommend it!
