I called to cancel and they talked me into 3 months free to see if they could work with me and get the product to bring us more value. Just prior to the end of the 3 months I called to cancel and tell them I would not continue. Customer service said no problem (I have the email), send email to billing. I did. 1 free trial month that is going to end into a 12 months contract, and good luck to cancel once you accept the free month. I canceled 3 times and still getting charged 200$/mo.
Why are you guys still trying to charge me? I cancelled my 60 day trial with you within the first week. And when I tried to log into my account to see what was going on, it said my account had been terminated. So why are you charging me??? I want my first months payment refunded. I haven't used your service at all, and you are charging me. I definitely don't want to work with your company after this! And I don't even want to give you one star but I had to give at least one.
a message to all dentists out there -- stay away. they sent me an email stating that they won't bill my credit card anymore and have continued to do so. I can never get anyone to return my calls. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have never had such an excruciating business experience in my life! I tried to give it no stars, but it seemed I couldn't. don't let the one star fool you. my rating is zero stars!

While DemandForce has an excellent product, customer service is poor. I had a meeting scheduled on a Monday for a Thursday conference call and customer service canceled the appointment one hour before it's scheduled time. They did not reach out to me to try and reschedule.
I've been with the Demandforce family for 3 years now, and I have to say that despite the roller coaster ride of being in such a dynamic and high-growth environment, I'd STILL rather be here than anywhere else. BEAST MODE FOREVER.
