Their customer support is abysmal. I've been on hold of 30 minutes to talk to a live human. They take 3 days to respond to a contact form on their website, the only other way to reach them. I'm trying to cancel my subscription, and nobody from the company will respond to me. They keep billing me, and I can't make them stop. Very frustrated.
Trial account was cancelled before the billing date..... sure enough I was billed anyway. Sanam stated she would get it taken care of and refunded. Never happened. Today I now get billed again for some charges. Your customer service is terribly flawed and needs addressed. Pretty bad that I have to file a dispute on the charges to my AMEX to get this corrected.
I'm a day in with Demandforce and I know it's the best decisionI've made for my company in 11 years!!!!!

I have to say, I am a huge fan of Demandforce! I own a hand car wash and detail shop called Detail Kings based outside of Chicago. I have been using Demandforce for the past two years. I was looking to improve my online reputation and DF has done that and more. Immediate customer feedbacks and newsletter capabilities have also given me more business returns than any other advertising companies I've used in the past. It is definitely a good investment for business.

You can't beat Demandforce for getting your reviews out there! We switched companies for about a month and that was all it took to see who was best! Demandforce is awesome and I have no complaints. If you have not tried them please do. We have had them for over a year and our practice has definitely grown because of them.
