Our experience with Demandforce over the past two years has been very postive. Many of our patients appreciate the text message reminders as well as email. We have had great experiences with some of the other features offered, such as promotions, surveys and end of the year reminders. Thanks Demandforce!!!!

Demandforce has been a great tool for my office. Both paitents and staff love the modes of communication that Demandforce offers. It has certainly made my life much easier.
I do not recommend people do business with demandforce. They lock you in to long term contracts and are rude when you seek "Customer Service". The term "Customer NO-Service" would especially apply to this company, no matter how long or good a customer you've been. There are some other companies that do more for less, with better Customer Service and DON'T lock you in to a long-term inflexible contract. I would give a 'no-star' if it was available.
