I recently cancelled my office's subscription to Demandforce and thankfully it was easy as compared to other reviews I've seen posted here. Our issue was I was finding patients confirmed for their appointments months out from when they would have received anything about the appointment. I cannot say enough good things about Demand Force. I will admit, I was a bit skeptical at first, but it has completely modernized the way we do business. When we did an online demo with Danee, I was impressed by the ease of use and ease of which you can use customize the program to fit your practice. Jeremy has gone ABOVE and BEYOND helping us see the potential of campaign's social reputation and best practices. If you are considering a demo... DO IT!!!

been a customer for a few years and you need tp get an app. I am looking for another company as we speak not happy with your product .
Hearn Family Dentistry is new to DemandForce BUT so far we LOVE it. Our training we have received from Ryan Mays has been exceptional! He makes sure you understand everything, he goes slow and he will make sure you don't have any questions that are left unanswered! This program is accessible any where. You can respond to your patients through email or text from work, home and your phone!

Had a rep call our office and sell me on the service. Even though we didn't have any need for it. She assured me that it'll work out and to give her a chance. So we did. I called to cancel. And she reassured me that the service will be worth it. And that I needed to give it some more time. Apparently that cause a lapse in the trial period and I'm in some kind of year long contract.
