My experience was an AWESOME EXPERIENCE. When I first spoke with Mrs Sandra Billy, I wasn’t were I needed to be with my credit. I was placed in a program by Mrs Sandra to repair my credit. Follows up were made and work on my behalf was done. The process wasn’t easy but Mrs Sandra made it easy and hassle free. I have been a customer for more than 10 years. For past five days, I made four phone calls and spent hours just to be able to start the process of closing my account and have been getting a run around. They would not provide me with direct phone number or email address of my rep. All I am trying to do is put in my notice and DF is going at great lengths to avoid that. Customer service keep saying they will have my rep contact me, which hasn’t happened in last five days.

I signed up for DemandForce in December and have been charged for 2 months and we can not use the service because DemandForce is having problems integrating with our EMR (Compulink). We’ve called numerous times without any results and DemandForce will not let us out of the contract even though they can’t fix the problem. Awful customer service. Total rip off. Do not use!!

We called in June of 2019 to cancel since they did next to nothing for us. We used them for confirmations (and marketing) - the text confirmations was available on our scheduling software, but was not activated for some reason.The marketing email templates were terrible, their text editor was a windows Notepad from Windows 3.1 era - nothing more.The conversion rates on emails sent were very low and we did not know why. We use Denandforce for our business Auto and RV Specialists and have loved their service! We get great feedback with our customers and questions and emails are customizable.

I submitted an email on 7/29 and no one has gotten back to me. I even called customer service and was promised someone would contact me later that afternoon. I have been billed for DemandForce for months without having a working account. Our salon was going to transition to Salon Biz but the process was too complicated so we did not move forward. Demandforce has some of the absolute worst customer service that I have seen in a very long time. We pay them $800.00 every month without exception for 2 locations and I have been calling for 4 days STRAIGHT without a return phone. PLEASE beware.
