Just came from their Williamsville location from an oil change. The service person worked and worked to get to my car's cabin filter. He walked it over to show me. It was quite dirty and had some leaves in it. When I said No to the $39.99 replacement filter, he promptly popped it back into it's place. WHY, didn't he at least spray it out with the air compressor? He put it back with leaves and all! Lazy customer service! If he was afraid of damaging the air filter with the compressor, then at LEAST manually remove the leaves ... read more
RecommendedWhatever you're there for? They've got you covered. For just under $20 a month, you can get an unlimited amount of times to go get your vehicle washed. It's a steal of a deal for anyone living in the Buffalo, NY. area. Especially, during the winter months.
