They totally ripped me off. I paid $17 for what I thought was a car wash and vacuum it turned out to be $17 just for my car to go through a machine to get washed and then they told me as I was waiting for my car to be vacuumed that I had to pay them $34.99 more to have it vacuumed out. So I ended up having to pay because my car was already in line $52 for them to not even do a very good job! RecommendedI find the staff very nice and willing to touch up your vehicle if it doesn’t meet your standards. I used to drive a hummer and the car wash took off my side view mirror twice and they replaced them both within days and started using the noodles

Cheap wash for a cheap price. Beware don’t fall for their multi wash “specials” if you don’t use the washes within a certain amount of days they “expire” so you pay for washes that you can’t get a refund on

I’m so disappointed over how I was treated by customer service this morning. My debit card expired and I went into the car wash to give them my new card number. Instead of the young lady debited my account for the inside for $16.99 and the outside for the $9.99 she only restarted an outside plan for me. SO, DELTA SONIC WILL NOT HONOR ME AS A VALUABLE CUSTOMER after all these years! And the young lady in their CORPORATE OFFICE DIDN’T CARE about LOSING a CUSTOMER at all! I TIP $10 EVERY TIME!
