They don't stand behind their work! My daughter had her tires rotated and they didn't secure the lug nuts properly. Traveling on a highway her tire fell off- luckily she is ok. They refuse to pay for damages.
Being an unlimited car wash holder, I went to get my car washed today as well as the inside interior and shampooing done. I was extremely disappointed. They never dried my car so the outside and windows are all water spotted. The shampooing was done well but the interior was semi done. I asked the person if they vacuumed the trunk and they said they did. I had my hands full so I believed him and never checked. When I got home I opened the trunk and it was never vacuumed. Big let down and disappointment on service!
