RecommendedI didn't catch the young man's name at the drying station this morning, but he did the most thorough job that I have seen in the hundreds of times that I used your service (approx. 8:45 AM at Langner location ). He should train the rest of your staff, as they are not even close to good.
Went to Delta Sonic today for interior wash. It’s typically an ok job - not great not bad. I asked if there was an area to wait where masking was required and was told yes. I stated someone had just walked in without. The lovely young lady who took my payment stated he was asked to put on a mask. I walked in and there were people not eating or drinking maskless. Unfortunately I will never recommend this business to anyone. Waking up to find that over $300 was stolen out of my account at this location (I DONT live in IL) when I called to talk to them to see the footage of someone using my stolen card number, I just got the run around and no call back. Makes me think it’s an employee using stolen card numbers to steal peoples money!!
RecommendedI spent quite some time there yesterday. I enjoyed the Unlimited Member free and reduced pricing perks. There is a cozy lounging area and the Ladies room is to die for!!! I LOVED MY TIME SPENT THERE❤️
