I love Delta Sonic but 3 of the last 4 times the one on Empire Blvd has been broken down and have had to be inconvenienced and waste gas to go out of the way. We are a 2 car family and pay every month for the unlimited wash. When we called customer service they were completely unsympathetic and did not care. With the money they are raking in FIX THE DAMN EQUIPMENT. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
They cleanings just great my car looks inside band new . Will continue to come.They did perfect job. Thank you so much �
Interior shop needs someone who cares about customers they have not had a good manager that re in a long time and it shows
Took my car in for exteeior and interior cleaning. The Thanksgiving turkey "attacked" inside with lots of juice. Snowy days gave me a salty car inside and out. Delta Sonic made my car particularly clean and sparkly. The only recommendation is to double-check for any special thing you asked for as the window edges were salty. I asked for them to be rolled down and cleaned. It wasn't done for all 4 windows so they wiped after the fact. THANK YOU!
I just took my SUV in for an interior detail and it looks absolutely amazing! I couldn't be more pleased! With 2 young kids and a dog, the car was in rough shape. It looks brand new again! Well worth the money and time. Thank you!!
I've read that some people really weren't happy with their experience there. But I honestly can say I've never had a problem with their quality of work. It IS a little more expensive than some other places, but they've always done a good job for me -- especially the interior.
Shout out to Jake, a level 3 technician, who assisted me with an interior cleaning. Great customer service. Very friendly. Helpful. Discussed an upgrade, but was not at all pushy. Thanks!
