Needed an oil change and an inspection. Drove further to this location, since my closer location didn't perform inspections. They never performed the inspection! Now I'm scrambling to find a place to get it done today, this time with my 2 young, impatient kids in tow. No apology over the phone. Thanks for nothing Delta Sonic.
I find it very confusing that you have to go to one part to get your car vacuumed and windows washed and then back around the building to get car washed. The wash was 19.99 and 15.99 to get car vacunned and windows washed. Also my rims were still filthy after the car wash so I'm really kind of disappointed. So 35 plus tip to have a lousy job done in and out. Going to a new place from now on .
John was so knowledgeable and straightforward with what my GMC Acadia needed done! Definitely going to be a repeat customer!
Lines were long, but they kept them moving and I didn't have to wait long. However, one side of my car didn't get sprayed as much as the other side as the girl spraying didn't seem to care and just wanted to get done with her shift.
I have an exterior and interior package for Lita (my car). Although I don't go there everyday, I do go there probably 2 to 3 times a week and I'm treated very kindly. They keep Lita clean and attractive. I recommend this location to anyone. Now I have visited the other locations around the Rochester area and the only one that stands close is the one in Henrietta. The other ones need improvement big time. But Webster Delta is the Shit! (Can I say that? Oh well)
