Been coming to delta sonic for years!! Got an oil change and my **** ********never started back up, file claim for them to blame my lights on the dashboard for the reason of the matter. I drove it there and it was running perfectly fine and when the oil change was over it never started back up. Now they are finding any excuse as to why my car is not working basically telling me it's my fault and they don't have any camera's to back it up! Been coming here for many of years never had a problem until they updated the new machines with the Armor All in the truck at the end. For the longest time I thought it was a great idea until I decided to wash my own vehicle in my shop. Noticed that the armoral brushes were hitting the bottom of the Rockers. They were all scratched up paint faded so the only thing that will cause something like this would be in the armor all brushes never had this issue when they used to use just a brush when they used to dry your vehicle. They broke my driver side mirror while polishing the car. Literally tore it right off, which I’m not even sure how that happens because of the force required. I left the car there as they were doing a full shampoo and detail inside the car. Told me I have to pay the $500 at my dealership to have it fixed and they will reimburse me in 2+ weeks IF their corporate office says that the $500 is an acceptable amount. terrible customer service with zero care for your car or the damage they do to it. Stay away!!!
