Employee was rude and disrespectful. Their vocabulary was limited to profanity. The manager witnessed this and no actions were taken.

I would rate them as a zero if I could. On 2/24/2021 I got my 2020 ****** ***** washed at Delta Sonic a little after 7am. I continued on to work and parked my SUV. I took my SUV out at lunch time and all hell broke loose. My ***** is 5 months old and only had 6,365 miles on it. As I was driving up the ramp to get on a major 5 lane bridged highway that branches out to 3 different highways my car lost total power. extremely long wait understaffed just awful waited 20 mins just to be greeted then to be told an extra 40 min for car to even get in the detail shop and an additional 30 mins on top of that hire more people move faster

Wow so sad how this car wash has gone down hill!!! I was a unlimited car wash and interior customer paying over $60 per month. I took my car into to be cleaned and the gentleman drying my truck scratched up my door pretty bad. He must of had a rock or salt on his towel. I processed a claim with the manager who could of cared less. Then after waiting and waiting I get a letter in the mail and the claim was denied. I treat my truck like a baby. It takes only one person to make possible a bussines go down. Today a very rude, nasty staff person refused to enter manually card membership number. She said that they actually need the card. When I mentioned that in Henrietta delta sonic they take the time to enter the number manually she said: "then go to henrietta". Wondering what the owner would ha done in this case. I am canceling my membership. Perhaps Royal Carwash would treat me better.

Spoke to a young lady by the name of Krystal sorry if I spelled it wrong. She helped me cancel the interior membership for my plan. Super easy and she was kind and helpful.

I’m happy at all with service I went to change the oil on my ***** **2011 Asked only for oil change and I mentioned that I don’t wanna change the air filter. They toke off my air filter to ask me to change it and I said thank you I’ll take care of it, it toke them around 15 minutes trying to put it back Screw and unscrew and flip the air filter then screw and unscrew again, they really don’t know what they doing and after I went out I stoped to look under the hood and there’s oil drips all over the engine bay on the alternat... read more

On September 21st, I went through the Delta Sonic on West Henrietta Road around 7:20ish in the morning before work. I went to work and backed into my parking spot. The car next to my driver side doesn’t move as it is a company car. I leave work and I notice that there are chips of paint missing off my driver side mirror. When I left the house, my mirror was perfect. When I left work I went right to Delta Sonic to let them know that their car wash chipped the paint on my mirror. Horrible! Never did a good job- always have to wait for them to do a 2nd clean. Once, broke my windshield wiper & tried to cover it up. 2 weeks of calls. Now- I understand Covid, but they only clean the car interior if you spend $25 on an Ultimate. Are we less contagious if we spend more? Taking advantage of the virus. I called to inquire- yelled at, laughed at, called names & hung up on in detail dept & Cust svc dept. Thieves, no pride in work, abusive.
