This company is horrible and has shown me over and over that they blatantly do not care about your experience . Put in a complaint about their failure to provide a service and instead attempting to make it right with the client they made it very clear on their reply that they are not Interested in making it right.

Eduarda and Agustin had my 2008 **** ****completely detailed today. They went through the car, top to bottom, and it has not looked this good in a long time. Great attention to detail, very professional, and concerned about my satisfaction. I will continue to use their services. ******* *.

I have been a Delta Sonic gas card holder and unlimited car wash member for several years. Recently transferred car wash to a new vehicle and the last two times I went through the line the gate would not open until I pressed the screen notifying me of a price increase on my plan. The booth attendant said that will continue to happen for the rest of the month. Clueless customer service rep on the phone could not give me a straight answer why I was being charged more. Something is wrong with the bags of ice they're selling . Strong chemical odor and now this bag is effecting the way water even tastes! Horrible! Making me sick to my stomach with this taste and the aroma is the strongest yet. Have had it in the past but now this bag from 7/9/21 is ridiculously chemically with odor and taste! Afraid I'm going to get sick from this

I paid $46.99 for a touch less wash and super interior package 5/26@1:03pm. At the Homewood location. The staff brought my vehicle out and said it was done, when I checked the hatchback hadn’t been vacuumed, the dashboard had not been wiped down, and the rear carpet needed to be re vacuumed. The staff took the vehicle back into the line. I had to notify the manager so that I didn’t wait another 30 minutes for them to redo the vehicle. Horrible costumers service. One of the washers scratched my car and they declined my claim and switched it up and said our car car washes are the safest, which I can understand. l but this wasn't a machine issue it was a human being who scratched my vehicle.

I brought my car in 8:00 am for detail cleaning. Paid $149. 5 hours later I pick it up. The dashboard is dirty, they never cleaned around the gear shift. The carpet on passenger side and side wall are dirty. Dog hair flying around, it should have been sucked up with a vacuum if it’s flying around. They never even vacuumed the trunk. This was the Delta Sonic in Tinley Park. They need to have a supervisor checking the work that these kids are doing! It cost me $149 for nothing.

I made a cancellation of my unlimited plan. This guys think there cutest in the business! Bad customer service, bad service, that’s why I cancelled it. And lastly when I cancelled it the customer service just ask me if I use there vacuum service, I said not at all, and she responded just like “your set” (as soon as she said that She just hang up on me while I’m trying to say thank you).
