My daughter had surgery to get a coin out of her throat, the surgery was fine. But one of nurses said she had to call CPS because it's considered child neglect ! Mind you my child HAD no signs of trouble breathing. She had gotten an X-ray on Friday(because of something she spit up) and her dr told me 3 days LATER (Monday) that I had up take her to the E.R. I was so livid when I recived the phone call from the dr! So I rush over there with my 9 month old and 3 year old and hubby who had to miss work ! Now I have to stay home ... read more

My son was taken to Dell Children's via ambulance after he was hit in the face by a pitch. The nursing staff was awesome! We had to wait a bit to be seen by the ER physician, but she was great and very thorough. She came back with the CT scan results and explained everything. Overall we had a wonderful experience considering the circumstances.

I have been here many times for different occasions. The doctors and nurses never cease to amaze me on how accommodating they are with everything. �

After being admitted elsewhere 3 times and being discharged without answers, it is so nice to be in a place that listens and doesn't dismiss your concerns because they don't fit into a neat little box.
