I went to the Strictly Pediatric center yesterday since my son was limping. The orthopedic department was very nice, though they charge a humangous amount even with insurance. But my reason to give a 2 star is because of the laboratory and the incompetent nurses there. The orthopedic doctor, Dr. Sargent recommend 3 lab tests for my toddler son and we took him there. My grandson was here 14 months ago and had to be admitted last night. From the ER to 3 central all the doctors, nurses, respiratory therapist and others were so great! So good to see familiar faces and sweet remarks how they never forgot my grandson and how much he has progressed. Going home today and very happy with the way he was treated.
I am currently having to fight with Drs to give my daughter something to control her pain. We had an unpleasant visit in the ER. My daughter was in severe pain and crying, I went to tell the nurse, who said the Dr would be in shortly. After a little over an hour of waiting and my daughter in pain, I had to go look for a Dr. who finally came in. Pain was not under control yet they were adamant about sending us home because "sitting in the hospital was probably doing her more harm than good." When I expressed not being comfort... read more
We had a great experience with the staff at Dell Children's the other day....especially with our nurse, Benjamin. He couldn't have been more wonderful! He is such an incredible pediatric nurse!
Dell saved my Grandson's life. He was born with a devistating genetic diagnosis. After weeks of seizures He is seizure free post surgery. Terrifying, but it would be much worse without the dedicated & skilled professionals who evaluated & created a solution that has be a wonderful success to watch.
RecommendedGreat caring staff. The facility for patients as well as the family is fantastic. Great atmosphere to try and relax during stressful situations.
