They went really quickly last night.. We were in out with hour and a half
I'm kind of mixed. I work for Seton, therefore, have to come here bc of insurance reasons. We were in the ER last wk, and was very disappointed. Making me wish I could go to st davids pediatric ER. But we turned around and got direct admitted on Monday. Such a great change. All the nurses and ancillary staff were just amazing. Made our 2 day stay bearable. And made our 3 year old feel like a star.
My Daughter, family, & I had an excellent experience at Dell Children's Hospital. They made a scary and painful experience into a wonderful one. The staff were all so friendly, kind, patient, informative, understanding, and obviously love their jobs. My daughter said she really enjoyed being there. MY 7 year old even enjoyed getting an Ultrasound, CT Scan, and even an IV! That is how great this team is. They made her feel very special and I can't express how thankful I am for that. We were at Dell with my son when he broke two bones in his arm. I found all the staff we encountered to be kind and professional. The medical staff were great when it came to "outside the box" solutions to my son's care. Parents can be just as frightened as the kids in situations like ours, and all the staff took the time to explain what they were doing. My son had a decompression surgery w duraplasty and we were there for 6 days on the 4th floor and nurses have been amazing! Also the security guards and ladies in the gift shop were very sweet. Thank you for the excellent care! It made traveling from OKC worth it!
