My daughter has been in out of hospitals a lot. But this is by far the worse experience we have ever had. We were treated like complete crap for the whole month and a half we were there. From refusing my daughter blankets to sprite. We were treated like mental patients. It was disgusting From the doctors to the nurses. By daughter was accused of faking being sick. Amazing cleft palate team on point on all their specialist. Very well rounded group of doctors I would love to thank for my daughters speedy recovery and hospitality. DR. Patrick Kelly did a amazing job on my daughter after 10 soft palate failures. I would recommend the cleft palate team to everyone without a doubt. Soft palate and hard palate were a,success after 1st attempt.

Dr. Iyer in the ER took very good care of yesterday. He was extra considerate of our special needs. His explanations were clear, he involved everyone in the decision process, including my daughter. He dedicated more time to us than any ER doctor I have experienced.

This is an amazing hospital. You do run into Rude nurses but you got a remember they're really overworked. They always get you what you need and make sure your child is comfortable. The doctors are great. If I had to choose between Dell Children's Hospital and another Dellchildren's hospital would win hands down!
