My son had a seizure I waited for hours for them to send me home on the way home my son had another seizure I rushed him to the hospital and they brought him to death it took them 2 days to tell me that he was having seizures after I had came up here for the season doctors have problems in their personal life at home but overall my son's OK from all my family and friends prayers there's some doctors and nurses that did a great job and some nurses and doctors need to find a new career

My daughter is heading home today. The staff at 3 North and at 3 Central, where she stayed on a previous visit, have all been excellent! We are checked on about every hour during the day and as little as possible at night so we can sleep. The staff interact in an age-appropriate and very kind way to my 15-year-old. They always remember to ask if we have any questions or if there is anything else they can get us. The doctors and nurses have been personable and comprehensible. Dell's NICU is amazing! The nurses and doctors here took care of my baby girl for 31 days. As much as I hated leaving her there day after day, I knew she was in the best hands and I was able to rest easy knowing that. A special thanks to some of our favorite nurses; Luc (our flight nurse angel), Lora, Holly, and Amy (incredible lactation nurse!) This place will always hold a place in our hearts and we are forever grateful to these special caregivers who truly save lives!

Dell is the best! Our daughter recently ended up in the ER when her appendix burst and the treatment was amazing from everyone in the ER and 3North The doctors, nurses, tech's, admin, and even the janitors were friendly and kind during our stay.
