I came in for a routine cleaning this December and received great, friendly service with minimal wait time. I come in often, ie every six months, and in the two years that I have been at East Erie, I have received nothing but smiles. Dr. Bugman along with her staff are very professional. I don't have any complaints. I enjoy my visits and would recommend this dentistry!
They took the time to explain everything to me in detail. The staff made me feel welcome and very comfortable. I found Dr. Azim to be very knowledgeable and caring. Overall, I was very impressed with treatment and care provided by them.

Hygienists always provide details of what they're doing and why, and ask questions to understand your comfort level continually. Professional, knowledgeable, caring staff with excellent service.

I have been going to East Erie for over three years now. The staff is very professional and personable. The work is top notch. I have had chipped and cracked teeth repaired, my silver fillings replaced with their new product, my teeth whitened using their Zoom technology, and my invisalign all done here. I highly recommend them.
It was a wonderful experience and I really enjoyed the care and attention that was given to me. The new doctor was very caring and very thorough in his exam/conversation. The hygentist was very nice and did a great job on my teeth. I was impressed with the new office and it was a great experience.
