Great visit, unfortunately bad news
I loved the dentist, dental hygenist and receptionist. All of them have a great personality and were very pleasant to work with. I have recommended this place to my friends and family!
I had my second appt.,I was a little nervous because I didn't see Jackie,but Eric was great,I still would like Jackie because she was the one who all the lab staff talks about.Jackie presents just seem to put you at ease.
I have nothing but good expereinces with East Erie Dental. I highly recommend.
I always have a good experience here. Everyone is helpful and incredibly friendly - which is especially nice considering how no one really *loves* going to the dentist. However, Dr Bugman is just so refreshingly friendly and has such a great bedside manner - you feel at ease even when she asks, "Have you been FLOSSINGGGG?" and you now you can't lie and say you have. All in all - I recommend this place. Every question I have I get a straight forward and quick answer to - and my teeth are in great shape!
I was very happy with my service,I hadn't seen a dentist in years but,they put me at easy and Jackie was wonderful......
Office space is beautiful, the hygenist (Jackie) was efficient and professional. Dr. Bugman seemed very knowledgeable and answered some detailed questions in a friendly way.
Had a dental emergency while visiting from out of town. Receptionist set an appointment for the same day, dental assistant took x-rays gently, the dentist explained my options, underwent treatment, and walked away with a happy mouth. I was treated kindly and courteously by everyone.
I would recommend anyone in downtown area to go to East Erie dental. All of my visits were great from beginning to end. The staff were very kind and pleasant and they nicely explained everything I asked them. Before my visit at East Erie Dental, I was horrified of dentists because of several past bad experiences, but Dr. Nasrin Azim made my fear disappear.
